Who is the Deal Kit for?

First-time buyers of an owner-operated small business, usually in the US and often using an SBA 7(a) loan, who want working files rather than another article.

Is it legal, tax or lending advice?

No. The files are educational templates and models. Have your lawyer, accountant and lender review anything you rely on.

How is it different from the free tools?

The free calculators and checklist on this site stay free. The kit adds editable spreadsheets you can fill with a real deal, keep offline and share with advisors, plus the documents and checklists that sit around them.
